This notice covers information submitted through the media and industry enquiry forms.

The named data controller and its contact details have not yet been supplied. Until they are, this notice is incomplete and no member accounts or private document submissions are being collected.

What we collect

When you submit a media or industry enquiry we collect the details you enter in that form, including your name, organization, role, work email, country and message, together with technical information needed to prevent abuse.

Why we hold it

We use enquiry details only to respond to you and to manage the enquiry. We do not publish enquiry details, and we do not sell personal information.

Confidential sources

Contributor identities and private submissions are not published. Where material is released, identifying details may be withheld or redacted.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept while the enquiry is active and for as long as needed for the integrity of the investigative record. A published retention schedule will be added with the completed notice.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Some requests may be limited where material forms part of journalistic work.
