How we build the record.
HolidaySwamp separates what is documented from what is asserted. This page sets out how material is handled, reviewed and published.

Supported by a primary record we have reviewed, such as a public register entry or a filed document.
Something that was stated or presented. A document may establish that a statement was made without establishing that the statement is true.
An assertion made by a person or party that has not been established by the record.
A claim contradicted by another account or record. Both positions are published adjacent to each other.
A question the record does not yet answer. We publish it rather than fill the gap.
Review before publication
Submissions are reviewed before anything is published. Private documents may be withheld or redacted. Where a submission cannot be verified, it is not presented as established.
Legal review
Material may be reviewed by legal advisers before release. Legal review is a risk process. It is not an endorsement of any claim.
